Connor is a dedicated Equipment Mechanic with extensive hands-on experience working on John Deere and Bobcat machinery. With three years of experience in heavy equipment repair, Connor specializes in diagnosing and repairing complex electrical, hydraulic, engine, and structural systems, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Before transitioning into heavy equipment, Connor proudly served five years in the United States Marine Corps as an aircraft mechanic. During his service, he earned his CDI (Collateral Duty Inspector) qualification — a role entrusted with inspecting maintenance work for quality assurance and safety compliance. His military background instilled a strong attention to detail, discipline, and commitment to excellence that continues to define his work today.
Matt | Service Manager
Matt serves as the Service Manager at Flagstaff Equipment, where he oversees service operations and works closely with customers and technicians to ensure equipment repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. With over six years of experience in customer service and leadership roles, Matt focuses on clear communication, strong organization, and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
Prior to joining Flagstaff Equipment, Matt gained extensive experience in automotive service management, working in all aspects of the service department including warranty processing, parts and schematic research, and repair quoting. The shop he worked with specialized in engine and transmission repairs, giving him a strong foundation in diagnostics, repair planning, and service coordination.
Known for leading with honesty and integrity, Matt is committed to providing transparent communication and dependable support to both customers and technicians.
