Refunds – Warranties – Returns – Exchanges
New Equipment: Warranty on all new equipment purchases is subject to manufacturer’s warranties.
Service: Labor included in service work performed by FEC is warrantied for 90 days from completion of work.
Parts included in service work performed by FEC are subject to manufacturer’s warranty.
In-stock parts may be returned within 45 days from date of purchase and must be returned in original container in original condition.
Returns of special order parts must be done within 30 days from date of purchase and are subject to a 20% restock fee.
Refunds will always be made to the original form of payment.
